 Cancellation / Refund Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure :

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :

  • Once the booking is done and advance paid, minimum 10% of the package cost to be deducted

  • If postponed or proponed of the service date made on or before 30 days, only 5% of the package cost to be deducted and cost for the desired date of the service to be calculated on the basis of Hotel Cost and Transportation Cost of that particular time period

Cancellation Policy for Budget / Standard / Deluxe Hotels / Packages :

  • 30 days before service starts, 20% of the total package cost will be deducted

  • From 29 days up to 15 days before service 40 % of total cost will be deducted

  • From 14 days up to 08 days before service 60 % of total cost will be deducted

  • From 07 days and less before  service 100 % of total cost will be deducted

  • In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted

Cancellation Policy for Luxury / Premium Hotels / Packages :

  • 45 days before service starts, No Charges Apply

  • From 44 days up to 25 days before service 50 % of total cost will be deducted

  • From 24 days up to 00 days before service 100 % of total cost will be deducted

  • In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the total coast will be deducted

Special Case:(Only on COVID Period)

Irrespective of above mentioned cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour / travel services (due to COVID) by yourself (by client) after the booking is made with us – Free Postponed / Free Cancellation - Only after Submitting 

Positive test report from ICMR approved laboratory. 

 

Note:

  1. Irrespective of above mentioned cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour / travel services (due to whatsoever reason) by yourself (by client) after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charge would be applicable on total cost of the tour package.   

  2. Irrespective of above mentioned cancellation slabs, in case of cancellation of tour / travel services (due to whatsoever reason) by us (by company) after the booking is made by us – Following two options are available: Client would be provided with Credit Note for the booking amount paid and same can be used anytime in the future by the client for themselves or any of their family members, friends, or anyone else as recommended by them. In case the client wants the refund - then a minimum 10% service charge would be applicable on the total cost of the tour package and remaining amount (after deducting this 10% service charge) would be refunded.   

  3. In above both the situation - the cancellation charges, as applicable for cancellation of services related to flight tickets/ hotel bookings/ travel services/ Guide services would also be recovered from the client.     

  4. In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.   

  5. In case of special train journey (like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express) - a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).          

  6. Please note that if booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

  • Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like - Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).

  • High Peak Season bookings (from 20th Dec to 15th Jan).

  • Long Weekends Bookings.

* Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited

Wildlife Safaris cancellation:

All the wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Complementary Items:

Company reserves the right, without assigning reasons, to change the policy related to complementary items, without prior intimation to guest/s. No claims shall be entertained in regards to non-utilization of complimentary items.

Refund:

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

 

No refund shall be payable:

  1. For any missed / unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.

  2. Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities to enable Company to confirm the reservation.

  3. If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.

  4. If any guest decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.

  5. Where Airfares are contracted in bulk for Airport to Airport.

  6. if the tour is indefinitely postponed / cancelled due to natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.

  7. Refund is not applicable for International / domestic sectors and on certain conditions which include that such air tickets are non-refundable and date change is not allowed.
