Day 2 Velankanni - Tanjore - Trichy
After Breakfast, Departure to Tanjore. Visit the famous Brihadeeswara Temple also known as Big Temple which is one of the World Heritage Monument built by the chola dynasty in the 10th century. Have a short drive to visit the famous Thanjavur Art Gallery which houses the collection of sculptures and statues, Saraswati Mahal Library, Museum and then to Bronze Making Artisan's Village to see the Bronze Casting and Tanjore Paintings. Drive to Trichy. In the evening have a visit to the famous Rockfort Uchchipillayar Temple where you have a good panoramic view of the Trichy City. Drop at Trichy.
