Itinerary
Day 01: Bangalore - Chikmagalur
Our representative will greet you in Bangalore and drive you to Chikmagalur, renowned for its hill stations and famously known as the coffee land of Karnataka. Chikmagalur is blessed with stunning mountain ranges, beautiful valleys, and meticulously maintained gardens, offering tourists a delightful visual experience. Upon arrival in Chikmagalur, check into the hotel and proceed to visit Seethalayanagiri and Mullayanagiri. Mullayanagiri, the highest peak in Karnataka, is located in the Bababudangiri range, standing at 6,330 ft (1,930 meters), and is considered the highest peak between the Himalayas and Nilgiris. (Vehicles can reach Seethalayanagiri, and a short trek is required to reach Mullayanagiri.) Return to Chikmagalur, and on the way, enjoy a hot cup of Chikmagalur coffee at SIRI Coffee. Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02: Chikmagalur - Sringeri - Kalasa
In the morning, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Sringeri, home to the Sringeri Sharada Peeta, the first mutt established by Jagadguru Sri Adishankara (Shankaracharya), located on the banks of the Tunga River. Sringeri hosts several historic temples. Upon arrival, visit the Sri Sharadamba temple to offer prayers to the Goddess of Knowledge and receive her blessings. Then, explore the nearby Sri Vidyashankara temple and other shrines within the temple complex. You can have lunch at the temple dining hall. Continue the journey to Kalasa, enjoying the breathtaking beauty of Kudremukh National Park along the way. Kalasa, a picturesque town in the Western Ghats of Chikmagalur district, is blessed with stunning hills, rivers, valleys, viewpoints, waterfalls, forests, coffee and tea estates, and temples. It is a significant filming location in Karnataka, with many South Indian movies shot here. Upon arrival in Kalasa, check into the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the Kalaseshwara Temple on the banks of the Bhadra River, where the Shiva linga was installed by Sage Agasthya along with a silver dome. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 03: Kalasa - Kudremukh National Park - Udupi
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to the beautiful Tea Estate at Samse, located 10 km from Kalasa. The tea estate is a scenic location where nature has spread a lush green carpet. The Sri Sarva Siddhi Ganapathy temple in the middle of the estate enhances the beauty of the place, making one feel embraced by nature and divinity. Spend some time enjoying the natural beauty before driving to Udupi, a major tourist and temple town in coastal Karnataka. Along the way, admire the stunning landscape of Kudremukh National Park and visit Karkala, known for the 41.5-foot monolithic statue of Gommateshwara (Lord Bahubali), the second tallest in Karnataka. Upon arrival in Udupi, check into the hotel and visit Malpe Beach for a panoramic view. Malpe, about 6 km from Udupi, is a natural harbor and an important fishing center with a beautiful beach. Later, visit St. Mary's Island (closed during the monsoon season), which is 300m long and 100m wide with a few palm trees. Enjoy a walk on Malpe Beach before visiting the Sri Krishna Temple, a renowned Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and Dvaita Matha in Udupi. The temple is one of the most famous pilgrimage sites. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Udupi - Moodbidri - Mangalore
In the morning, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Kunjarugiri, a village in Udupi known for Durga Betta, a hill with a Durga temple. The idol was installed by Parashurama. After receiving divine blessings, continue to Moodbidri, an important Jainism center with several Jain temples. Visit the Thousand Pillars Temple (Saavira Kambada Basadi), the most ornate Jain temple in the region, built in 1430 A.D. The temple houses a 2.5-meter tall bronze image of Lord Chandranatha Swami, considered sacred. Proceed to Mangalore, known as the gateway to Karnataka, nestled between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats. En route, visit Pilikula Nisargadhama, a zoo and theme park with various wild animals, offering a rejuvenating experience for nature lovers, botanists, zoologists, and students. The park features a zoo, botanical garden, water park, science center, and artisan village. Upon arrival in Mangalore, check into the hotel and visit Panambur Beach, popular for its scenic sunsets, beautiful port area, and as a picnic spot. Panambur Beach is known for its cleanliness and safety, offering activities like jet skiing, boating, and dolphin viewing. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Mangalore - Bangalore
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive back to Bangalore. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to a designated point in Bangalore. The trip concludes with delightful memories of the Chikmagalur - Sringeri - Kalasa - Udupi - Mangalore Tour Package.

Any sightseeing mentioned on the arrival and departure day will be covered subject to time availability.
The vehicle will be arranged as per the planned itinerary. If you’d like to extend your travel or add extra sightseeing, it can be arranged with applicable additional charges.

Standard Check-in time 12:00hrs – 14:00hrs and Check-out time is 10:00hrs – 12:00hrs (Noon) as per the hotel policy.
All guests are requested to carry documents for security purpose & hotel policy. Documents such as (Original photo ID proof with photo copy (Identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) has in some places PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra. In room dining will be at an additional cost and has a different menu altogether. For any food related service issue we will not be responsible.
Please note that the given rates are based on securing accommodation at the specified hotels at different destinations. In case of any unavailability issues the hotels of equivalent category will be used. Further add on costs and cost reduction will be advised accordingly. Please note, the names of hotels mentioned only indicate that our rates are based on these hotels and it’s not to be assumed that accommodation is already confirmed at these hotels. In case the same hotels are not available, we will book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/ reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Distance and transfer time provided on the itinerary are for the reference only. We will not be responsible for any delay due to high traffic, processions, bad weather, interior resort location, etc.
It is advise to guests don’t leave any valuables in the vehicles, guests are responsible for their own belongings. Guests must ensure to collect their belongings while leaving the vehicle.
Hotels in the Hill Stations / Plantation destinations are mostly with Non A/C Rooms– kindly get it clarified if not specified to avoid any confusion.
Usage of the transportation services are limited from 08.00hrs to 20.00hrs. However the service between 06.00hrs to 08.00hrs & 20.00hrs to 22.00hrs can be extended with an additional driver’s Bata (each time) which has to be settled directly with the driver on a daily basis. Any usage between 22.00hrs & 06.00hrs has to be informed in advance – at the time of booking – as we can arrange it with additional charges to avoid any last minute disappointments / service denial.
Air conditioner in the vehicle would be functional only during the vehicle is on the move (not when the vehicle parked). And Air conditioner wouldn’t be functional during the drive through hill stations and Ghat Roads
Only those sightseeing points would be covered which is accessible by the type of vehicle booked.
Each sightseeing points / Temple visits (only which included in the itinerary) can be covered only once during the trip. If the guest want to do it multiple times, it is possible (if time permits) with additional payment (to be settled directly with the driver before proceeding for it) and the distance covered in such trips wouldn’t be considered in the kilometre allowance worked out in the package.
Sightseeing of additional destinations – other than the destinations participating in the itinerary – cannot be covered.
